With the passage of Obamacare, over five million previously uninsured Californians will have access to affordable, preventive health care after 2014. But a lot of work remains to be done: namely health care access for the more than three million Californians who will remain uninsured after the law is implemented, including nearly one million undocumented Californians.
We partnered with a handful of those young adults to produce this video, "Dreaming of Health Care," where brave undocumented youth share their stories about lack of access to health care. Please watch this video below and share it with your friends and colleagues, and please encourage them to join the conversation on social media by using #Health4All.
Now is the time to work together to find a solution to make health care available for ALL Californians.
